  What do you know about Spanish customs and traditions? Learning the Spanish language is more than just grammar and vocabulary. It is also about getting to know the Spanish people and their culture and ways of life. Spanish traditions, customs, celebrations, and other cultural activities are unique to Spanish society. Come join us for an awesome journey to our rich CULTURAL HERITAGE. Greek Mithology told us that the world's end was in the Straits of Gibraltar. According to this ancient myth, "Pillars of Hercules" were there with an inscription ("Non terrae Plus Ultra"). Carlos I the King encouraged the sailors to seek out new opportunities beyond the ocean (America). So, when America was discovered by Cristobal Colon, this old quote was forgotten. "Plus Ultra" appears in the shield of the Spanish Flag to remind us that Spain was "beyond the sea".

In this project our students from all over the world made birthday cards for the first time in 2017. They enjoyed very much and moreover, they learnt to say their birth day, year, month in english and to say date of time for birthday party. Afterwards, in 2018 at the same school with different students of mine and different students from various countries did the same thing.And now 2020 receive with open arms for this cute project. CUMALIKIZIK One of the most priceless civil masterpieces of countryside, Cumalıkızık was built as a foundation village in piedmont of Uludag, Bursa during the reign of Ottoman Sultan Orhan Gazi (1326-1360). Absolutely, that splendid structure which includes total 270 homes (60 of them are still livable today), reflects Ottoman Style and it has protected its historical tissue since in the past. FEATURES However the words fail to define Cumalıkızık, it can be said that several main features describe the fascinating historic space. There was turned out a church belonging to the East Rome (Byzantine Era) in the southeast of the Cumalıkızık settlement in 1969.
